Recap: Find Your Opportunity in Opportunity Zones

Originating from the Tax Cut and Jobs Act of 2017, Opportunity Zones were the timely focus of the February 2019 NAIOP Minnesota program. Minnesota currently has 128 Opportunity Zones, 37 of which are in the Twin Cities area. There are deadlines for investors to get the full benefit.
