Annual University Real Estate Challenge

Founded in 2003, the annual University Challenge is a highlight event for NAIOP Minnesota.

Student teams from regional universities are charged with pitching a deal to potential investors that involves the most profitable yet feasible project that maximizes value while achieving the highest risk adjusted return. The teams are asked to address a development plan, construction timeline, budget, pro-forma, leasing plan and schedule, financing plan and market analysis.
