THE RESULTS ARE IN – Congratulations to the top 3 teams!

2. University of Minnesota | Project: Lafayette Square
3. Marquette University | Project: McNeely Plaza

Student teams researched and pitched redevelopments for the Meritex Freight House in downtown St. Paul. The teams had to address a development plan, construction timeline, budget, pro-forma, leasing plan and schedule, financing plan and market analysis.
