66,000 Minnesotan businesses utilize a Pass-Through Entity Tax deduction, which expired December 31, 2025. However, House DFL tax committee members voted down extending this bipartisan, bicameral legislation for political reasons.

It costs the state nothing, but saves significant federal tax dollars for Minnesotans. These taxes go up April 15th.
