The Metropolitan Council and the City of Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority are soliciting Letters of Interest (LOI) from developers of mixed-use, transit-oriented development in the central business district of Saint Paul, MN. The purpose of this request is to learn what type of uses are envisioned and shape the upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP is scheduled to be released in February/March with responses due in the summer of 2024.

Interested parties are asked to submit a detailed Letter of Interest (LOI) via email to laron.weddington@metc.state.mn.us to by Thursday, January 11, 2024, at 5:00 PM CST.
