- University of Wisconsin-Madison | Project: West Lake Apartments
- University of St. Thomas | Project: Greenway Park
Student teams researched and pitched redevelopments for the former Nicollet Avenue Kmart, owned by the City of Minneapolis. The teams had to address a development plan, construction timeline, budget, pro-forma, leasing plan and schedule, financing plan and market analysis.
