If you know of a vacant site or existing asset, nominate it to be the case study for the 18th Annual University Challenge competition.

Undergraduate student teams will create a development proposal for the most profitable yet feasible project for the site. The teams will present their proposals to a NAIOP audience in April 2021.

Recent sites include Canterbury Commons in Shakopee, the Ramsey County Riverfront site in downtown St. Paul, the former Thunderbird Motel in Bloomington, and Pentagon Park in Edina.
