THE RESULTS ARE IN – Congratulations to the top 3 teams!
- University of Wisconsin-Madison | Project: Plymouth Nexus
- University of St. Thomas | Project: Plymouth Gateway
- Marquette University | Project: Plymouth Industrial Center
Student teams researched and pitched redevelopments for the Plymouth Corporate Center. The teams had to address a development plan, construction timeline, budget, pro-forma, leasing plan and schedule, financing plan and market analysis.
