Navigating a Safe Return to Work: Best Practices for U.S. Office Building Owners and Tenants

The NAIOP Research Foundation has published a timely new research brief that is an overview of best practices for improving safety measures to protect against the coronavirus for building owners and employers. It is the first in a series of briefs the Foundation plans to publish in response to the COVID-19 pandemic's impact on commercial real estate.

"Navigating a Safe Return to Work: Best Practices for U.S. Office Building Owners and Tenants" was written by Shawn Moura, Ph.D., NAIOP director of research.

The report contains insight on reopening buildings, adapting office building operations, phased work schedules and reconfiguring space.
