Get to know NAIOP President and CEO Marc Selvitelli, CAE, and hear his outlook for NAIOP and the commercial real estate industry.

"NAIOP has always been an entrepreneurial organization, and I've often viewed myself as being an entrepreneurial individual. We have the opportunity now to take that entire entrepreneurial spirit as we embark on our strategic plan that will set where we're going to go in the next three years," he said. His primary goals for the organization include reconnecting the chapter network, increasing member awareness of benefits and services, and expanding education offerings to include a new podcast series and microlearning opportunities.

Selvitelli has served as NAIOP Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2017, and previously as NAIOP Vice President for Membership and Chapter Relations. He succeeds past CEO Thomas Bisacquino who retired in July.
