The NAIOP Minnesota leadership is seeking interested members to be a Developing Leader (DL) representative to the Chapter Board of Directors. Any NAIOP member is eligible who is 35 years of age or younger.

Developing Leader representatives are for a 2-year term. Shawn Smith’s (Wildamere Capital Management) term as a DL board representative is reaching its scheduled end, so there is 1 opening for the 2019-20 calendar years. The new representative will join with current DL board representative Andrew Twito (Ryan Companies US) on the 14-person chapter board.
