Thank you to everyone to attended and supported the 2018 University Real Estate Challenge! This year's event was held at St. Paul's new Treasure Island Center, in space donated by building owners Hempel and Saint Paul Port Authority.

Proposals from each of the six participating schools are below, which detailed their team's development plan for Ramsey County's Riverfront Property Site in downtown St. Paul.
