NAIOP Minnesota Announces Marc Nanne as 2025 President

NAIOP Minnesota is pleased to announce Marc Nanne, CCIM, Managing Director, JLL, will serve as NAIOP Minnesota’s 2025 President.
Nanne has been an active member of NAIOP for more than 30 years; serving or chairing such committees as Education, Public Policy and the Golf Event, as well as lending himself to NAIOP mentoring and new member meetings whenever possible.
With over 37 years of industry experience, Nanne brings expertise in site selection analysis and advisement related to development and user opportunities, helping maximize the value of the Commercial Real Estate for his clients.
Nanne says, “NAIOP is the strongest organization of professional, diverse, and passionate local decision-makers and agents working toward positive change and the best interests of Commercial Real Estate in Minnesota. It is a key organization for businesses of many kinds, who either manage their occupancy of Commercial Real Estate or otherwise have roles that develop, support, impact, and work in the industry. As I work to help improve the local landscape across many markets, it is critically important to participate in NAIOP as advocates for competitive conditions, provide a forum for timely educational programming, and support productive networking and community enhancement efforts that help make our industry as strong and effective as possible.”
Also serving in officer roles are Barb Chirinos, Old Republic Title, Vice President; Jim Vitt, Associated Bank, Treasurer; and David Anderson, Frauenshuh, immediate past President.
Returning Board Members are Jacki Christopher, Ryan Companies US, Inc.; Sam Dagit, Great Southern Bank; Jim Hoopes, United Financials Capital, LLC; Trevor Martinez, Devco Residential Group; Jill Rasmussen, Davis; and Evan Richardson, Schafer Richardson.
Rhett Carlson, Meritex; Andy McIntosh, McGough Development; Nick Murnane, The Opus Group; and Chris Wold, United Properties, will be serving their first terms as Board Members.
