20th Annual University Challenge
Student teams from regional universities are charged with pitching a deal to potential investors that involves the most profitable yet feasible project that maximizes value while achieving the highest risk adjusted return.
The teams are asked to address a development plan, construction timeline, budget, pro-forma, leasing plan and schedule, financing plan and market analysis.
The Site
This year's site is 1100 & 1200 Washington Ave S in downtown Minneapolis. In the proposals, the student teams can choose to utilize the existing buildings on each site or demolish the buildings and start with vacant sites.
