19th Annual University Challenge

Student teams from regional universities are charged with pitching a deal to potential investors that involves the most profitable yet feasible project that maximizes value while achieving the highest risk adjusted return.

The teams are asked to address a development plan, construction timeline, budget, pro-forma, leasing plan and schedule, financing plan and market analysis.

The Site

This year's site is 4100 Lexington Avenue North in Shoreview. In the proposals, the student teams can choose to utilize one or both of the 4100 West & East existing office buildings on the site or demolish the buildings and start with a vacant site.

Parking & Valet

Arrive early to allow time to use valet or park.

Complimentary valet: Drop your car off near the Solar Arts building entrance at Monroe Street & 15th Ave. Make sure to pick your vehicle up by 7:30 pm.
Parking is available in the lot just north of the building. The lot isn't named, but there's a large, colorful mural near the entrance, which is off of Monroe Street NE. Indeed Brewing's parking lot is also available, along with limited street parking.
