The 15th annual University Challenge is here and April 19 is the date to see the next round of exceptional talent about to enter our market. Join your colleagues for this afternoon event and reception at the new Treasure Island Center.
Three finalists from the six competing universities will present their concept for Ramsey County's Riverfront Property Site in downtown St. Paul. This active site is the subject of much speculation in the market, so come and see what these student teams propose for the best use.
After the 2018 champion is crowned, enjoy a reception in this new event space. Hempel and the Saint Paul Port Authority will also be providing tours of Treasure Island Center, including the TRIA Ice Rink on level 5.

The Site
NAIOP is partnering with Ramsey County on their Riverfront Property Site, formerly the Adult Detention Center and West Publishing buildings, for this year’s competition.
The site includes four parcels totaling 4.77 acres along the Mississippi River. It is centrally located within walking distance to prominent downtown Saint Paul destinations and landmarks, is accessible by I-94 and I-35E, and has excellent access to mass transit.
