Sponsors: 3 Steps to Secure your Golf Sponsorship

1) PAY SPONSORSHIP & ORDER THROUGH NAIOP: GOLF CART, LUNCHES (BURGER BUFFET) & DINNERS

• Pay for sponsorship, golf cart rental, lunches & dinners for sponsor personnel through NAIOP.
• By credit card: Pay online
• By check: Fill out and return a PDF form or email NAIOP and request an invoice.
• Reminder: Table & chair rental included in tee box sponsorship price.
• Tents
• Sponsors may bring their own tents/canopies/umbrellas, though those items are NOT provided by or available from the course.
• Place your order for golf carts, lunches & dinners by Friday, August 29.

2) ORDER THROUGH BRAEMAR CATERING: FOOD & BEVERAGE FOR YOUR TEE BOX

• Sponsors who want to serve alcohol at their tee box
• Place your catering order by Wednesday, August 6.
• This opportunity is available for any tee box sponsor that meets the Aug. 6 deadline.
• Sponsors who want to serve non-alcoholic drinks, snacks and/or drink tickets at their tee box
• Place your catering order by Thursday, August 21.

3) COMPLETE THE SPONSOR SURVEY

• Fill out the short, 5 question survey about personnel attending the tournament, whether you are offering a raffle or game prize, etc.
• Please complete survey by Friday, September 5.

ADDITIONAL INFO: GAMES

• Game Type
• Let the golf committee know what game you're playing when you complete the sponsor survey (step 1 above).
• If you don't know your game and/or prize details when you complete the survey, please email the details to info@naiopmn.org by Friday, September 5.
• Game Prize
• Please drop off prize at the prize/raffle collection table BEFORE the golf tournament starts.
• Please tape business card to the prize and include which game and hole.
• Game Winner
• It is imperative that someone from your company notes your game winner and brings game results to the podium immediately after the round and before dinner for announcement.
