Zoom Meeting Room

Attn: NAIOP developers & interested members

Be part of an exclusive members-only, 30-minute discussion on future development opportunities next to the SWLRT Wooddale Station Site.

The St. Louis Park EDA has released its request for redevelopment proposals for the 1.6-acre site, which is just south of the Cedar Lake Regional Trail, east of Wooddale Avenue and north of 36th Street, within close proximity to State Highways 7 and 100. The EDA is seeking a “signature, mixed-use transit-oriented development on the site that includes significant affordable housing” that can take advantage of its location next to the future SWLRT Wooddale Station platform.

Greg Hunt, Economic Development Coordinator for St. Louis Park, will discuss the project’s goals and timeline and take questions.
