NAIOP programming kicks off 2020 with a headliner!
Join your colleagues at the February 12 breakfast for insights on our area’s action with spec development. With Tom Shaver moderating, the discussion will focus on two active spec developments while also covering the speakers' forward insights on the office and industrial markets.
- 10 West End, Ryan Companies' and The Excelsior Group's 343,000 SF, 11-story, Class A spec office building in St. Louis Park. Tony Barranco and Mike Salmen will discuss the analysis leading to the planning, financing and contribution that got underway last October on the first spec Class A office building constructed in over 18 years in the I-394 corridor.
- Canterbury Distribution Center, United Properties' 302,650 SF spec industrial building on a 24-acre Shakopee property. Brandon Champeau and Kris Smeltzer will get into the supply analysis and other decisions that led to this large bulk south metro project.
Mike, Tony, Brandon, and Kris will discuss the market and risk analysis as well as how conditions may be lining-up for additional spec development.
