As Vice President, Markets Leader, Nate is responsible for leading Mortenson Development’s team of development and project management professionals nationally, from project sourcing and structuring through project execution. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Nate successfully closed on over $1.5B of ground-up development projects across a variety of product types and geographies in the U.S., Caribbean and Japan. Nate enjoys giving back to the real estate community through his adjunct professor roles at Purdue University and Drexel University where he teaches a variety of real estate courses throughout the year.
