Doug Boser - Founder, CEO | Inventure Properties
Doug Boser is a seasoned leader in commercial real estate and development, with over 35 years of industry experience. Raised in Pierz, MN, he started building cabinets in the chicken coop on the family farm, built his first home at 17, setting the foundation for a career defined by ambition and innovation. In 1996, he founded Boser Construction, Inc. (BCI), establishing himself as a leader in Central Minnesota’s commercial building sector.
Following the Great Recession, Doug expanded his focus to real estate development, founding Inventure. In 2017, after selling BCI, he dedicated his efforts entirely to Inventure, providing clients with expert guidance in real estate and development. His deep construction expertise, design acumen, and commitment to value-driven solutions make him a trusted advisor in the industry. The company today holds 150 Million AUM with goals to reach 1 Billion AUM.
Beyond his professional work, Doug serves on the CentraCare Foundation board and is a founding member of the Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation as well as establishing the Inventure Foundation. He remains committed to fostering long-term economic growth in the St. Cloud region through strategic commercial development.
Austin Ruehle – President | Inventure Properties
Austin Ruehle is a highly respected leader in commercial real estate, recently taking the well-deserved step into the role of President of Inventure Companies. Previously serving as Vice President of Real Estate, Austin has been the driving force behind Inventure’s real estate dealings, providing expert guidance in acquisition, disposition, leasing, and investment analysis. Known for his proactive approach, Austin leverages his deep market knowledge and extensive professional network to deliver strategic, value-driven solutions for clients and was instrumental in the creation of Inventure Capital.
A lifelong Central Minnesotan, Austin holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from Saint Cloud State University, with an emphasis on commercial real estate. His expertise and dedication have earned him a reputation as a steadfast advisor and industry leader in the Greater St. Cloud area.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys playing amateur baseball for the Kimball Express, as well as hunting, fishing, and golf. This past year, he and his wife, Raelynn, welcomed their beautiful baby girl, marking an exciting new chapter in their lives. When he’s not in the office or outdoors, Austin cherishes time with his family and their golden retrievers, Maya and Cali.
