Mentorship Fireside Chat with Jen Gordon, Bader Development

Jennifer recently joined Bader Development as their Director of Strategy. During the prior 11 years, she grew The Excelsior Group’s Multifamily Property Management business from 400 to 5,000 units locally. In 2021, she led the sale and transition of the company to Lincoln Property Company, where she helped align the reams, relationships and processes between the two companies. Jennifer has expertise in the areas of market-rate property and construction management, consulting, development, preleasing and redevelopment.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and her greatest passion is helping people reach their highest potential through various real estate related businesses. She served as the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) MN Chapter 45 President in 2013, co-created the Downtown Council’s Explore Downtown Living event in 2015, and was named a MN Real Estate Journal’s Women in Business in 2019. She has been an active member of IREM and MMHA since 2005.
