Mini-Series Part III: Transforming Target West into 3701 Wayzata

You've read about it in the news - now here's your chance to see it up close!

Phil Cattanach of Opus Development Company, along with David Marschinke and Ryan Watts of CBRE, will give an overview of the nine-story, 307,000 square foot office building along 394 near downtown Minneapolis. They'll discuss why Opus purchased the former Target West building and how it was redeveloped from a single-tenant to a multi-tenant building, 3701 Wayzata.

Attendees will also get a tour of the capital improvements to the building, ending with a happy hour in the club room on level 8, sponsored by The Opus Group.
