NAIOP Minnesota leaders including Steve Schwanke of Inland Development Partners, Phil Cattanach of The Opus Group, Nancy Martel of Kraus-Anderson, Nate Erickson of Transwestern and Stephanie Wolf of NAIOP represented Minnesota’s commercial real estate industry this week during Capitol Hill visits in Washington, D.C. Chapter leaders had meetings with several congressmen and their staff, including Erik Paulsen, Tim Walz, Keith Ellison, Tom Emmer and Jason Lewis. Topics included ensuring the capital and credit markets meet the needs of the commercial real estate industry, supporting re-authorization and funding of the EPA's Brownfields Program, and supporting increased investment for infrastructure and transportation.
