NAIOP Minnesota’s Public Policy Committee was recognized for winning NAIOP’s 2018 national merit award for legislative & government affairs. Chapter president Steve Schwanke of Inland Development Partners and public policy chair Phil Cattanach of The Opus Group accepted the award. Thank you to the NAIOP member companies that participate in the Penny Per Square Foot Fund that is instrumental for NAIOP’s initiatives to represent Minnesota’s commercial real estate industry and its tenants.
