Each have followed a comprehensive approach in collecting input and utilizing partnerships to ensure attention to market needs and in incorporating housing, communities, jobs, services, transportation and more.

SAINT PAUL’S FORD SITE

Tony Barranco, Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development at Ryan Companies, will detail Saint Paul’s Ford Site, the 122-acre development situated along the Mississippi River. The vision is a connected, livable, mixed-use neighborhood with clean technologies and high-quality design for energy, buildings and infrastructure. The redeveloped site will support walking, biking and transit, and provide services, jobs and activities.

GATEWAY TO MINNEAPOLIS

Bill Katter, President and Chief Investment Officer at United Properties, will detail Gateway to Minneapolis as work gets underway downtown at Third Street and Nicollet Avenue. This 34-story world-class mixed-use project will anchor Nicollet Mall’s north end. Bill will cover the background and exciting developments in the Twin Cities' first 5-star hotel, including next generation Class A office space and private residences at the top.

ARDEN HILL’S RICE CREEK COMMONS

Tom Shaver, partner at Inland Development Partners, will detail the 426-acre Rice Creek Commons plan, at the intersection of I-35W and Highway 10. Its elements include a 46-acre commercial campus, 20 acres of mixed-use retail, 20 acres of office space and 73 acres of flex business space. Rice Creek Commons will feature three new residential neighborhoods, housing, trails, green space and pedestrian-friendly streets.
