Five university real estate departments/clubs tackle a prime Uptown Minneapolis redevelopment site and present their best-use for the site that's controlled by JPG-OFC LLC and Aurora-Uptown, LLC. The site is 3 parcels totaling 5.75 acres in Uptown Minneapolis, and situated along the Midtown Greenway between Fremont Ave South and Colfax Ave South.
