Patty Gnetz of U.S. Bank Honored as 2019 President's Award Winner

NAIOP Minnesota has awarded its 2019 President’s Award, the association’s highest individual honor, to Patricia L. (Patty) Gnetz of U.S. Bank. The award is given to an individual for outstanding service in the commercial real estate industry, as a catalyst of the industry's growth and for service to NAIOP and to the community.

Patty is Senior Vice President at U.S. Bank Commercial Real Estate. In this role, she has underwritten and closed over $1 billion in commercial real estate loans and manages a $500 million real estate portfolio. Currently Patty has been busy with working on the construction financing for United Properties’ RBC Gateway project, along with the construction financing of recent creative projects such as Kraus Anderson’s new headquarters, Kraus Anderson’s HQ Apartments and United Properties’ Nordic project. Prior to joining U.S. Bank in 2004, Patty was the president and owner of Nicollet Financial Corporation, a commercial real estate mortgage brokerage company based in downtown in Minneapolis.

A positive force in commercial real estate and in the Twin Cities’ business community, Patty is dedicated to doing the right thing. She believes in the power of mentorship, advancing diversity and continually building deep relationships. Throughout the years that she has been a member of NAIOP Minnesota, Patty has been a highly engaged leader. She has served multiple terms on the chapter’s board of directors, was a past chair of the Education Committee, and has volunteered as a mentor to young and new NAIOP members.

Patty is also very active in the broader community currently serving or having served as part of several organizations including Catholic Charities Family Shelter, Urban Land Institute Market Council, Feed My Starving Children, Minnesota Multi Housing Association, South St. Paul Educational Foundation, Gilda’s Club Twin Cities, and the West St. Paul Planning Commission.
